Today as Andrew was playing with his AquaDoodle, I looked down and noticed he had written an "A." He has known and been able to recognize his letters for quite some time, but lately we have been working with him on spelling words. This was the first time he had actually written a letter. I asked him what he wrote and he said, "A, for Andrew."
