This weekend our youth group participated in our annual Disciple Now (DNOW) weekend. James, our youth minister, did a wonderful job coordinating the event. The weekend had a great impact on many of our students. Christina and Landon are friends who came from Mississippi State to be small group leaders for the DNOW weekend. They are special to us because they were in the junior high group when Phillip did youth at Longview. We had everyone over today for lunch after the morning worship service.
Here is a picture of Andrew playing with Christina. She is one of his favorite people. Sometimes Andrew will give Landon the cold shoulder because he is dating Christina! However, this time, he really took to Landon and even asked Landon to play trains with him.
