After a busy week of VBS, we decided to just have a fun day at home on Saturday. We blew up the pools and let the boys play in the backyard. They had so much fun!
Here is a picture and video of Andrew going under the water. It was his idea to put his face in. He is going to swim lessons next week....based on this, I think he will do pretty well.
My little fish!
After his nap, Aiden decided to join the pool party for a bit.
My boys!
Splish, splashing around!
While we played outside, Phillip decided to do some grilling for dinner. He was anxious to experiment with some new recipes. Here is the finished product...Riblets! Yum!! My compliments to the chef!
After swimming, Andrew decided he, too, would cook on his grill.

After a fun day of playing, we decided it would be fun to put our p.j.'s on early and have a movie night. Andrew wanted us all to watch it in Mommy and Daddy's bed. So, everyone (Grady included) piled in for the movie. After MUCH coaxing, we finally convinced Andrew that instead of watching Micky Mouse Clubhouse for the bazillionth time, we should watch Ratatouille, something we had not seen. The movie was great, and Andrew especially enjoyed the popcorn and M&M's.
